If your dog decides to turn their leash or collar into a snack, it won’t be covered under warranty — but don’t worry, we do offer repairs for chewed gear. Just email us at mail@arcticsammy.co.nz and we’ll help you out.
We’ll always cover any manufacturing faults or material defects for the expected life of the product.

I have bought and rested so many different brands and styles of treat pouch over the years, and I can honestly say this is my favourite for a slightpy larger bag with multiple pockets. The removable inner pouch is a fab idea too and so simple to use.
Love that you can carry a toy on the bottom, it stops a slobbery toy being in my pocket! It fits my phone perfectly as well. The waterproof material is great for rainy adventures :-)
So stoked with this purchase. Such a wonderfully thought out design that withstands daily use and provides the most seamless functionality. It’s great knowing no matter what outfit or occasion, I can just grab this thing and go and not have to worry about forgetting anything or fiddling about trying to find pockets for things. The extra insert is brilliant for meaty treats. The pouch depth means I can run and frolic with pup at the park without anything spilling out, and inquisitive snouts never get far enough to steal anything. 10/10, do recommend.
Absolutely love this training pouch! So many compartments for things and is such great quality! Can fit everything in here that I need on the go and will be perfect for when I take my boy for long walks when he gets older. The draw string is a perfect feature too! As you can see below someone wanted to help themselves 😆

This depends on the treats you are using. If you prefer to use dog roll, raw or cooked meats, then we would recommend the removable inner pouch to store treats in the fridge overnight.
Your phone, keys, energy bar, poop loop, poop bags, muzzles, leashes, leash handles, tug toys, whistles, clickers... and have we forgotten something? Of course yummy treats!
