FAQ
We do not recommend it. If your puppy is wearing a raincoat that is too big, it might affect his movement.
That's great news! It means you can go with either size. It would be best to base the decision on whether your dog has a shot or long coat and whether you prefer a rather tight or loose fit.
We are trying our best to avoid this to save you time and effort of organising the return. However, these things can happen as every dog has it's unique features! Simply visit or Resolution Center and we will take care of the rest.
Put the raincoat onto your dog inside your home. Let him walk around, lay down and move freely while you can observe the fit of the coat. It should not restrict your dog's movement, neither should it move from side to side. The neck part should have enough room for you to easily put the coat on and off. Also make sure to adjust the leg straps equally on both sides to ensure the coat is centered on your dogs back.
Some dogs are gear shy. It means that they feel a bit uncomfortable with the feeling of the coat covering big parts of his body. Some dog's only "freeze" initially and are getting used to the feeling of wearing the coat over time. However, some dog's will never enjoy wearing a coat of any type. Please always make sure to check the comfort level of your dog when using new gear.
