For a perfect fit, you must ensure to correctly measure your dog’s neck (not your old collar) with a soft measuring tape. If you don’t have one, you can use a piece of string, which you can then lay out against a ruler. Place the tape tightly and snugly around the dog’s neck.

Please don’t leave your dog unattended whilst wearing one of our collars or any collar in general. We are unable to accept responsibility for any product misuse resulting in any injury to pets or humans. Please check the product before each use for signs of wear and tear and that it is safe and suitable, as no accessory is indestructible.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch (make sure you watch out for that dispatch email). Please note... As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Arctic Sammy will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes, as well as it’s rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products. If a delivery attempt has been made and the item was not collected and has been returned to us, you will be required to pay the re-delivery fee and the duty tax for re-import of the purchased items. If the duty tax is more then the value of the purchased items, we will abandon the package.

All New Zealand orders will be shipped with New Zealand Post. You will receive an email confirmation within one business day of your order being dispatched.
All International orders will also be shipped with DHL Express. Once we hand over your order to DHL and provide you with the confirmation number, your items are now in the hands of DHL. You can track your package all the way to your doorstep.
