In the edit section, navigate to Section 2: Design/Setting, then scroll down to Page Settings. Open this section, enable “Email me on scan,” and enter the email address where you’d like to receive notifications.
Please note that only an approximate location will be provided. To receive the pet’s exact current location, the finder can share it with you via their phone’s maps app or send it via text.

When you order your dog’s new tag, you’ll receive an email with your login details for qrcodechimp.com, the platform that hosts our pet profiles. Simply log in and start creating your dog’s profile page. We recommend setting up the profile on a desktop browser rather than a phone, as the wider layout makes navigation easier.
Yes! You can temporarily pause the QR code, preventing any information from being displayed when scanned. To do this, go to your dashboard, find the QR code you want to pause, click the “More” icon, and select “Pause.”
